Begin by selecting one of the activities on the Select an Activity page. If
you select a Read and Summarize activity, first read the text and then write
your summary. If you select a Write an Essay activity, first read the essay
question and then develop a thesis sentence in response and draft your essay.
After you enter your summary or essay you can click Get Feedback to have
WriteToLearn score your writing. WriteToLearn will give you feedback on the
parts of your writing that need improvement and the parts that look good. Use
this feedback to revise your summary or essay. Keep working until you have
passed the thresholds for the activity you chose.
